This tool looks for the nine-digit CRA business number in supported federal records. It does not access tax accounts or confirm GST/HST or QST registration. A corporation number and a Quebec NEQ are different identifiers.
Format example only: in 123456789 RT0001, the BN base is 123456789. This does not describe a real registrant. To recover your own BN, follow CRA’s recovery guidance instead.
