Entity Search is an independent bilingual resource about Canadian businesses. It helps people find official registry information, search lawfully reusable federal data, and understand registration options.
What the project provides
The search coverage is stated where you use it. Federal incorporation data is different from a list of every business operating in Canada. For jurisdictions without an authorized local dataset, the directory directs you to official government services.
The guides and tools explain practical next steps. They do not issue certificates, approve business names, register corporations or guarantee a business’s trustworthiness.
